Three lengths. Never vary a word.

25 words — the one an anchor reads out loud

Dhaval Kapadia spent twenty years inside institutional capital, at Citi, Apollo, and his own advisory firm. He now builds the AI platforms rewriting that work.

150 words

Dhaval Kapadia has spent twenty years bringing new things into institutions that are built to resist them.

He was at Citi from 2005 to 2010, working in product development and in the chief of staff's office, where he watched the global financial crisis unfold from inside one of the largest financial institutions in the world. He then helped sell his private equity group to Apollo Global Management and joined Apollo in asset management and new product development. In 2012 he spun out his own asset management consulting firm, REAM Partners, where a top-five global alternative asset manager was his anchor client. He ran it for seven years.

He is now co-founder of Blue Skies AI Studio, where he builds and ships AI-first enterprise software, and Chairman of TiE LA Angels. He advises private capital firms on AI adoption and created the CAPITAL Index.

He has been on every side of this problem. The institution. The acquirer. The advisor. The builder.
